About the Louisiana SCA/Course Choice Program

The Louisiana SCA/Course Choice program gives school districts and other public schools a Minimum Foundation Program allocation related to the cost of high school credit courses. It is individualized to the needs of secondary students and is provided outside the traditional secondary school. Approved courses under the Course Choice SCA/Course Choice program ensures that instruction is aligned to Louisiana Academic standards.
