Edmentum, a leading provider of online learning solutions, will feature several product enhancements at the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) annual conference, ISTE 2014, June 28-July 1 in Atlanta, Georgia. These improvements were built to accommodate changes in standards, user feedback, and online learning best practices. They include:

  • A streamlined learner experience that enables students to easily manage assignments and view their progress in Plato Courseware, Edmentum Assessments, and EdOptions Academy.
  • An enhanced EducationCity user experience for teachers and students, with content built to state, Common Core, and NGSS standards. EducationCity provides engaging student activities and teaching resources for pre-K through 6th grade language arts, math, science, and ESL.
  • New secondary math and English language arts courses that are built to standards and mobile optimized for Plato Courseware and EdOptions Academy.
  • A new set of interactive educational games in Study Island to help teachers keep students motivated as they work toward mastering their specific state standards.

“We’ve always worked closely with educators to provide the most effective online learning solutions to help their students thrive,” said Andy Frost, vice president of product management for Edmentum. “An important contributor to technology effectiveness is the overall user experience for educators and learners, and we continue to make significant enhancements in that area.”

Edmentum will be demonstrating at ISTE 2014 (booth #2014) at the Georgia World Congress Center, June 28-July1, in Atlanta, Georgia. Its theme this year is Let’s Team Up!, a reflection of Edmentum’s commitment to develop deep partnerships with educators. For more information, visit edmentum.com/iste or call 800-447-5286.
