Independent Study Physical Education 2 A/B

Objectives: Track participation in the different elements of fitness. Demonstrate fitness by completing the designated hours of the activity per grading period. There are two logs and each one needs to have a minimum of 30 hours documented. 

Semester A concepts covered include Yoga, Cross Training & Agility, Warm Up & Cool Down, Sportsmanship & Culture. Semester B concepts covered include Motivation & Cooperation, Skill vs. Health, Static Stretching, and Creating an Exercise Program
