Teamwork and Leadership A/B
Teamwork and Leadership is a two-semester course designed to help students become effective, collaborative, and adaptable partners in any setting—with a specific focus on workforce readiness. Throughout the course, students will build durable skills essential for success including communication, collaboration, problem-solving, self-awareness, adaptability, accountability, and leadership. They will practice self-management and agency, learn to build trust and resilience within teams, and develop strategies for effective teamwork in both local and global contexts. Through real-world scenarios, students will strengthen their ability to set vision and mission, resolve conflict, and lead with integrity. By the end of the course, students will have developed the skills, self-awareness, and language needed to create their own leadership action plans—drawing on their unique strengths and experiences. They'll leave with a tool kit of durable, workforce-ready skills and the confidence to communicate their value in any team or professional setting. There are no required materials for this course.
