About the Texas Adult Education and Literacy Program
The Texas Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) program is a state and federally funded program within the Texas Workforce Commission’s Workforce Development Division. The AEL program serves approximately 90,000 participants through a network of local AEL and Special Initiative Grantees.
