Trade Prep: Facilities Maintenance

The Facilities Maintenance Program prepares students for in-demand, entry-level facilities maintenance positions. Across 73 expert-led training hours, students build skills through immersive 3D simulations and high-impact video content covering electrical, plumbing, and HVAC basics, general construction skills, and building safety and systems.

After successfully completing the program, learners receive an Interplay Learning Job-Ready Certificate and are prepared to work as a facilities maintenance helper. Trade Prep also provides guidance connecting students to relevant third-party certification exams, including the OSHA 10-Hour Construction Industry Exam and EPA Section 608 Certification Exam.*
