About Louisiana’s Accelerate High Dosage Tutoring Program

This initiative was established under Senate Bill 508 to provide school-day-embedded tutoring for students who need additional academic support. Districts must select state-approved programs that align with Accelerate guidelines, which require 30-minute skill-focused math sessions, a student-to-tutor ratio of 4:1, and programs lasting for at least 10 weeks.
