An ESSA tier 2 research study of 3,268 K-6 students academically at-risk for reading difficulties in Tulsa Public Schools, Oklahoma found more than double the gains on NWEA MAP Growth assessments for students using Exact Path.

Significant Growth for Struggling Readers

Students using Exact Path were 60% more likely to move out of the at-risk category for reading difficulties. These students also demonstrated more than 2x the gains on the NWEA MAP Growth Reading assessments compared to peers not using Exact Path. By spring, that amounted to Exact Path users seeing up to an 8-point increase in MAP Growth percentile rank.
