Edmentum (www.edmentum.com), a leading provider of web-based learning solutions announces the completed review of its Edmentum Courseware by Certica Solutions, the premier provider of standards data services, content development, and alignment tools to the K–12 education industry. This review was completed to assess the alignment of Edmentum’s courses to the iNACOL National Standards for Quality Online Courses (v2) from the International Association for K–12 Online Learning. All 65 courses submitted for review received a 96 percent or higher on standards compliance. Collectively, Edmentum has had 223 courses reviewed with a 96 percent or higher on standards compliance. 

This review confirms the quality of Edmentum courses by measuring their alignment with industry standards, which seek to ensure that all students have access to the highest-quality online learning resources available. The standards are designed to provide states, districts, online programs, and other organizations with a set of quality guidelines for online course content, instructional design, technology, student assessment, and course management.

The results indicated that all 223 Edmentum courses reviewed in total met 96 percent or more of the 52 required criteria for iNACOL standards compliance. A total of 58 courses, including core, Advanced Placement®, and World Language offerings, met 100 percent of the criteria, while 165 elective courses met 96 percent of the criteria.
