Good to Great: Improving Student Outcomes at Midland High School in TX
Midland High School faces a variety of challenges that impact students and their performance at school including difficulty filling teacher vacancies, socio-economic gaps, and a transient community due to the large oil industry. The result has been soaring test scores, improved graduation rates, and a shrinking achievement gap. Learn how they did it in the presentation from the 2020 Texas association of School Administrators (TASA) midwinter conference.
