California Principles of Architecture and Construction A/B

California Principles of Architecture and Construction is a two-semester course in which students will learn about various career options in the field. The course covers foundational concepts of architecture and construction such as architectural drawings, structure and loads, materials, and equipment used in architecture and construction. Students then learn the key concepts of urban design and its relationship with city government and about construction documents and standards. The course also covers workplace skills and ethics and basic computing skills.
