Independent Study Physical Education 1 A/B
Objectives: Track participation in the different elements of fitness. Demonstrate fitness by completing the designated hours of the activity per grading period. There are two logs and each one needs to have a minimum of 30 hours documented.
Semester A concepts covered include Fitness Assessment & Analysis, Components of Fitness, Strength Training, and Goal Setting. Semester B concepts covered include Healthy Changes, Fitness Analysis, Components of Fitness, What is Fitness?, and Exercise.
